QHSE Coordinator

Ashtead Technology are looking for an enthusiastic QHSE Coordinator to join the team and champion our commitment to quality, health, safety, and the environment. In this pivotal role, you'll support our QHSE team in driving compliance and continuous improvement across the business. You'll help shape a culture of safety and excellence by applying best practices, managing key processes, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and up to date.

Day to day you'll be involved in:

• Collaborating and supporting the QHSE team to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Supporting the maintenance and update of QHSE documentation, including policies, procedures, and records
• Assisting with the preparation and coordination of QHSE audits and inspections
• Support the monitoring and tracking of QHSE performance data and metrics, collating QHSE data for reporting
• Supporting delivery of HSE focused training topics to workshop and offshore personnel on a regular basis
• Supporting the production, distribution and filing of safety alerts
• Supporting the management of company lessons learned system, including allocation of actions
• Supporting the implementation of a QHSE competency system across all teams
• Supporting the delivery of proactive emergency response
• General administrative support across the team

Other experience that will ensure success?

• Administrative/Coordination experience in a similar role
• Certification in QHSE (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) preferred but not essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and QHSE management software
