Role Overview: Quality & Compliance

This role focuses on maintaining and improving quality management systems, while driving health & safety standards across the business. You'll work closely with internal teams, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve quality management systems and ISO standards
• Monitor product/process quality and identify improvements
• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions
• Support audits, compliance, and reporting
• Lead H&S policies, risk assessments, and site inspections

Key Requirements:

• Experience in quality, compliance, or H&S roles
• Strong knowledge of ISO and audit processes
• Relevant qualification (Quality, Engineering, H&S)
• Excellent organisation and communication skills
• Able to work independently and travel UK-wide

Package:

• Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
