For an important international pharmaceutical company who's based in Neuchâtel area, we are looking for a

QC Specialist Compliance & Continuous Improvement 100% H/F
13-month assignment

Their QC laboratory is seeking a support the implementation of compliance strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and process optimization. In this key role, you will drive quality management, support change control activities, and contribute to strategic projects aimed at improving QC performance and ensuring regulatory Specialist - Continuous Improvement and Compliance 100% H/FDESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
  • Compliance & Inspections: Support regulatory inspections, audits, and corrective actions. Coordinate change control evaluations and ensure timely implementation.
  • Continuous Improvement: Maintain QC performance tools, support LEAN programs (5S, Gemba, Pareto), and improve QC processes.
  • Project Support: Provide technical expertise for project implementation, participate in cross-functional meetings, and ensure proper follow-up on actions.
  • Additional Tasks: Act as backup for Sr. Specialist, create/update documents, and promote safety practices.


PROFIL ATTENDU
  • Education: Federal Certificate of Capacity as a Laboratory Technician or equivalent education in Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of QC or related cGMP laboratory experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Technical Skills: Knowledge of QC laboratory processes, LEAN principles and tools (5S, Pareto, visual management, etc.), and analytical methods for solid oral dosage forms (capsules, tablets).
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning, priority-setting, and time management abilities.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in French (both written and spoken) with basic English skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with teams
