QA Manager

Quality Manager - Food Manufacturing

Are you passionate about food safety, compliance, and doing things right the first time? We're looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality and food safety at our fast-paced production site.

What you'll do:

• Lead and develop the QA team

• Oversee HACCP, food safety, and quality systems

• Conduct internal audits and drive improvement initiatives

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement

What we're looking for:
Experience in chilled food, prepared foods or fresh produce
Background in a technical or quality leadership role
HACCP & Food Safety Level 3 (minimum)
Strong understanding of UK retailer systems and requirements
Great communicator with commercial awareness
