QA Insights & Automation Lead - Data-Driven Assurance

Hastings Direct is seeking a Quality Assurance Insights and Automation Lead to shape how QA uses data, reporting and analytics to improve customer outcomes and risk visibility. You will own QA requirements, standards and governance to ensure consistent, trusted decision-making.

In this senior role, you'll drive automation, AI and advanced analytics initiatives with cross-functional teams from Technology, Data and Change, and provide strategic leadership to the Head of Customer Assurance.
