QA Assistant

BV Dairy is a manufacture of specialist dairy produce, established 1958 in Shaftesbury Dorset. Recently we have joined the First Milk group - a British farmer-owned dairy co-operative.

The shift pattern is a 2 week cycle

We welcome applications from everyone. This role is a development opportunity into a more senior role within the Technical team for the right candidate.

• Product testing and tasting
• Instrument calibration
• Factory audits
• Investigations
• Anaerobic Digester testing

• Practical testing skills
• Good at paperwork
• Organised and able to make decisions
• Ideally a degree or equivalent in a food related discipline OR at least 2 years experience in a technical/QA food manufacturing role
