PVG Chefs Required Glasgow

Overview

This role is being advertised by Brightwork, recruiting for our client sites in Glasgow for temporary PVG Chefs. All roles require membership of the PVG Scheme to work in regulated sites.

Your Time at Work

Our healthcare client sites in Glasgow have immediate requirements for chefs working on temporary, short-term, interim or long-term assignments.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and cooking of all meals.
• Stock control.
• HACCP duties.
• Any other duties as required.

Qualifications

• Previous chef experience.
• SVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification (preferred).
• Valid food hygiene certificate (elementary minimum).
• PVG Scheme membership.

Benefits

Pay rates of £16.00 to £20.00 per hour.
