Purchasing Supervisor

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchasing & Compliance Supervisor to join an extremely busy team at this prestigious large client site with over 5,000 employees and a growing headcount over multiple sites. You will be working with a high profile tech company within food service offering a 5 service.

The Purchasing & Compliance Supervisor will report to the Purchasing & Compliance Manager, who will delegate tasks in line with everyday business needs. You will ensure an efficient and smooth operation and support in our goal to deliver excellent service while focusing on service and innovation, leading the team to surpass customer expectations and maintaining consistency and a high standard of client and customer service.

Job Responsibilities

• Stock levels management (Food and Non Food items)
• Support in managing Goods In Team
• HACCP and Health and Safety compliance management
• Delivery docket and Invoice processing
• Route planning support for internal goods transport
• Interdepartmental support in all aspects of purchasing and stock transfers between sites
• Drive for consistent improvement

Qualifications

• Commercial and financial acumen / stock control
• Passion for ingredients and provenance
• MS Office Package and Procurement Software knowledge desirable
