Purchasing Specialist Indirect Procurement Technical (f/m/d)

As part of the Indirect Procurement team, we offer you exciting and responsible tasks in a globally active functional area. Responsibilities:
- Creation, qualification and evaluation of suppliers in ARIBA SLP and SAP
- Support in resolving invoice discrepancy, in clarifications with suppliers, accounting and stakeholders
- Negotiation and clarification of basic commercial terms (e.g. payment terms, incoterms) with suppliers
- Master Data management in SAP, ARIBA (e.g. Info records, payment terms, etc.) and Teamcenter
- Creation of NDAs and finalization of signing process for NDA and contracts in DocuSign tool
- Support in myPurchase purchase requisitions (verification, assign right category, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Commercial training or studies
- First experience in purchasing/ procurement field in dealing with suppliers and stakeholders
- Confident in IT Tools (SAP, myPurchase, Ariba, DocuSign, ServiceNow, etc.)
- AI affinity and first hand AI experience is desirable
- Independent working style, Team player, ideally intercultural competence and basic stakeholder management experience
- Strong communication skills in German (Fluent) and English (Fluent), basic French skills desirable
