Your role:

You will be engaged in all activities aimed at controlling and directing the incoming flow of goods until the goods are taken into production. It also includes planning material requirements, inventory management and transportation.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

Planning and purchasing products for sales orders, inventory, internal use.

Rejections/not accepted purchase order deliveries and preparing returns with the warehouse team.

Items assemblies, e.g. consumables.

Transportation for procurement as needed.

Inventory management, including ensuring adequate stock levels in our warehouses and minimum stock levels in Exact Online for critical articles.

Ensuring up-to-date product information in Exact Online, e.g. purchase information (price, supplier item number, etc.), cost price and unit code.

Available and up-to-date 'parts list' for own assembled products; correct batch numbers.

Structuring our own warehouses, e.g. stock locations, product identification, barcode scanners ('warehouse management system').

Support implementation ISO 9001 for Purchasing.

Continuous improvements in the purchasing process.

What we are looking for:

A driven professional with at least HBO work and thinking level and who is available for at least 24 hours a week, who can work independently and likes challenges!

Furthermore, we are looking for you if you have excellent communication skills, a service-oriented attitude and a pro-active attitude. You are also stress-resistant, work accurately, are a team player and have a hands-on mentality.
