Punjabi-Speaking Primary Care Assessment Volunteer

Change Grow Live in England is offering a volunteer opportunity for a Punjabi speaking individual to support residents facing challenges with alcohol and illicit drug use. As part of the new RISE Primary Care Assessment Team, you will engage service users, assisting them to access the right interventions to support their recovery.

This role involves working within a multi-disciplinary team while supporting clients through their treatment journey and flexible engagement across various community locations. A DBS check will be required for this position.
