Publisher Growth & Quality Lead

Connexis Group is seeking a hands-on leader to own the publisher acquisition and quality pipeline. You will recruit, vet, onboard and monitor publishers to grow the volume that fuels our buyer demand.

You'll be numerate and tough but fair, able to read approval rates and dispute trends daily, and you'll recruit and manage 2-3 publisher account managers while driving performance across performance marketing, affiliate and lead-gen operations.
