Public Services Customer Advisor

Carmarthenshire County Council is seeking a proactive customer service agent to be the first point of contact for council services. You will respond to enquiries by phone and in person, provide accurate information and help customers access the right services.

The role focuses on housing repairs, refuse & recycling and public protection, with responsibilities to record details in IT systems and encourage online self-service.
