Public Service Advisor - Office-Based, 3-Month Temp

Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Solihull Council for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis to join the Solihull Connect Customer Contact Service, handling enquiries via face to face, telephone, email, live chat and SMS.

You will respond to complex queries across services such as Council Tax, Benefits, Social Services and Environmental, ensure accurate records, and work as part of a team to resolve issues. Office based at The Bluebell Centre, Chelmsley Wood, Solihull.
