Public Sector Transformation Analyst

Civiteq Trading Limited is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to support a Local Government client on a short-term transformation programme. You will lead process discovery and mapping across back-office functions, identifying opportunities for improvement as part of a wider digital transformation initiative.

You will facilitate workshops, produce Level 2/3 process maps, and apply swimlane techniques to capture end-to-end processes while engaging stakeholders at all levels.
