Public Sector Social Care Contact Advisor

Pertemps Edinburgh Contracts is recruiting a Customer Contact Adviser to join the Social Care Direct team in Edinburgh city centre. This full-time, temporary role is office-based, working 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with 08:30-19:00 shifts, and pays £14.51 per hour.

You will be the first point of contact for social work referrals, handling calls and emails from the public and professionals, logging details accurately and ensuring referrals reach the right person promptly.
