Public Sector Building Maintenance Project Lead

VANRATH is assisting a large Public Sector Organisation in Belfast to appoint a Building Maintenance Project Manager for an initial 6-month period. The role covers maintenance across the estate, budget control, and contractor management within the Belfast Office.

Candidates should have building studies qualifications and several years of post-qualification experience in maintenance or estates management, preferably in education, with a strong emphasis on health and safety and surveying duties.
