Public Sector Bids & Frameworks Lead - Strategy & Growth

Softwire is seeking a Head of Bids and Frameworks to lead a high performing bid function for strategic public sector work. You will ensure quality submissions and manage the bid management process, reporting to the Director of Public Sector.

You'll be responsible for the bid strategy, monitoring frameworks, and enhancing knowledge management. The expected package includes a base salary ranging from £92,100 to £103,700, with an average profit share of £15,000 to £20,000.
