Public Health & Adult Social Care Budget & Governance Lead

Blackburn with Darwen Council is seeking a Public Health & Adult Social Care Business Manager on a fixed-term basis to oversee essential business functions within Public Health and the Adults & Health Directorate.

The role requires excellent organisational skills, a proven track record in business management, and experience of audit, governance and quality improvement processes. The post holder will work independently with high accuracy and accountability.
