Pub Supervisor: Lead Team, Craft Moments, Grow to Manager

Marston's is seeking a Supervisor to join our pub team. You'll lead and motivate colleagues to deliver memorable moments for guests, support busy, fast-paced service, and uphold the brand's values in every shift.

You'll have previous supervisory experience, work with the management team to keep the business running efficiently, handle opening/closing duties and cash processes, and role-model exceptional service.
