Pub Supervisor: Lead Team & Delight Guests

Marston's PLC is seeking a Supervisor to join our team in a busy pub environment. You'll lead and support the team to deliver memorable guest experiences, with a focus on great service, smooth shifts and a welcoming atmosphere.

You'll open and close shifts, manage stock and cash, coach colleagues, and work with the pub management team to run the business efficiently. Flexible and part-time hours are available, with clear progression through our DNA programme.
