Pub Shift Leader - Inspire Service, Lead & Train Team

Haven is seeking a Pub Shift Leader to join the JD Wetherspoon team on a full-time basis. You will lead assigned shifts with clear direction, motivating staff to deliver exceptional service and ensuring smooth operations.

You'll oversee food preparation, uphold high standards of taste and safety, and contribute to a welcoming guest experience. The role requires flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays, with onsite accommodation available if needed.
