Pub Front-of-House Associate Service & Teamwork

An independent pub company with around 1,300 pubs across the UK, Punch Pubs is committed to empowering and working together with the very best Publicans and Management Partners to build and grow best-in class community pubs.

We are looking for front of house staff that are enthusiastic and keen to learn, as well as having the drive and passion for creating a fun yet quality of service to our guests. Full on the job training will be provided.

• Passionate about great food, drink and service
• Providing above and beyond customer service delivering exceptional levels of service at all times
• Excellent communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow.
• Managing orders and requests
• Providing guidance to customers on the menu and offers
• Work with other colleagues as a team
