P/T Maintenance Professional

Role: Part-Time Handyman / Maintenance Professional

Location: North London (Private Residence)

We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and discreet multi-skilled handyman to support a high end private residence in North London on a long term, part time basis. The property is currently undergoing renovation and comprises approximately 5-6 bedrooms.

Working Schedule

• Approximately 3-4 hours once per week, or 6-8 hours once every fortnight
• Occasional emergency call outs (with additional remuneration)

Duties

• General property maintenance and minor repairs
• Basic plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
• Supporting ongoing maintenance following renovation works
• Ensuring the property is maintained to a consistently high standard

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within private households or high quality residential properties
• Strong, practical skill set across multiple maintenance disciplines
• A comprehensive understanding of smart home systems and underfloor heating
• Reliable, proactive, and detail oriented
• Discreet and professional at all times
• Fluency in English preferred; Russian language skills are an advantage
• Ability to quickly familiarise yourself with newly installed systems and infrastructure

Remuneration

• Additional payment for emergency call outs
