P/T Football Development Officer (Equality & Inclusion) - Maternity Cover

This position reports directly to the Head of Football Development and Investment, supporting delivery of The FA Grassroots Football Strategy, the Hertfordshire FA Operational Plan and working to ensure that Key Performance Indicators are met.

The successful candidate will work alongside our current Football Development team to support participation and volunteers. This will primarily be through developing The FA's 'A Game for All' standard for Hertfordshire and working strategically with the Hertfordshire FA Inclusion Advisory Group, whilst collaborating with colleagues to influence other areas including diversity, volunteering, behaviours and safeguarding to ensure the local grassroots game offers a safe and inclusive environment for participants.

It is of high importance that the successful candidate communicates clearly, provides excellent customer service, manages relationships and ensures safeguarding is of paramount consideration whilst undertaking all aspects of their role.
