Location: Swindon • Start date: 1 September 2026 • Pay: £95 £100 per day (8:30 3:30)

Role Overview

You will support classroom teaching in primary schools, providing assistance to teachers and helping students with their learning. Work can be arranged around your studies - choose two to five days a week.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management.
• Support individual learners and small groups.
• Prepare teaching materials and help set up classroom equipment.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Training and Development

• Free 3 hour in person training at Tradewind offices in Bristol.
• Access to hundreds of CPD modules via the National College.
• Regular support and reviews to build your skills as a teaching assistant.

Essentials

• Work days: Monday-Friday, 8:30am 3:30pm.
• Commitment to school work at least two days a week.
• Legal right to work in the UK.
