A supportive and inclusive Specialist School in Reading is seeking a dedicated Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team as soon as possible. This is an excellent opportunity for a Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant to gain hands-on experience supporting children with special educational needs, including autism, ADHD, and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) challenges.

The successful Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will work closely with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, helping to support their academic progress, emotional regulation, and social development.

This Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant role will involve: Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs Assisting with behaviour management and emotional support strategies Supporting the development of communication and social skills Working collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment

The ideal Psychology Graduate Teaching Assistant will have a degree in Psychology (or a related field) and a strong interest in working with children with SEN.
