PSV Mechanic

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and be adept at using hand and power tools to perform maintenance and repair tasks. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, ensuring that all equipment is functioning optimally. The Mechanic will play a crucial role in maintaining our buses to a high standard inline with the DVSA requirements

Duties

Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functionality.
Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs
Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment.

We work Monday to Saturday with Saturdays being on a rota based system. Sundays and Bank holidays we do not operate.

Rates of pay can be negotiated inline with experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £16.50-£20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
