PSV Mechanic / Engineer - Haverhill Depot

We are looking for an experienced PSV Mechanic / Engineer to join our team at our Haverhill Depot .

The successful candidate will be responsible for the ongoing repair and maintenance of our varied fleet of buses, including ADL Enviro, Scania N94 and Scania N230 vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out vehicle maintenance, servicing, running repairs and bodywork
Diagnose and repair vehicle defects to a high standard
Ensure vehicles are maintained in line with the Company Operator's Licence requirements
Complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Maintain high Health & Safety standards
Prepare and present vehicles for DVSA annual tests

A PCV licence is desirable , although training can be provided for the right candidate.

What You'll Need

Minimum 2 years' PSV maintenance experience
Minimum 2 years' hydraulic and pneumatic experience
Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification in PSV/HGV maintenance and repair
Full UK driving licence with 6 points or fewer
Right to work in the UK
A strong commitment to safety and high-quality workmanship

Pay: From £19.12 per hour

Expected hours: 45.0 per week
