Job Description
PSL Repairs and Compliance Administrator

Central Scotland - C urb, part of Link Group, delivers the City of Edinburgh Council's Private Sector Leasing Scheme (PSL). The role supports the management of over 1,500 landlords with approximately 1,850 properties providing temporary accommodation.

Job Responsibilities

As a Repairs and Compliance Administrator, you will:

  • liaise with tenants, contractors, colleagues and landlords to arrange appointments for repairs and safety checks, ensuring properties remain in good repair;
  • coordinate with relevant parties to maintain compliance standards;
  • maintain accurate records of work orders and inspections;
  • provide customer service to tenants and stakeholders.
About You

You are a detail oriented and communicative individual who thrives in a fast paced office environment, with a flexible, can do attitude. You have:

  • knowledge of repairing standards in the housing sector;
  • commitment to excellent customer care, tenant participation and equal opportunities;
  • office administration experience in a fast paced environment;
  • a good general standard of education;
  • a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
Qualifications

A proven record of time management, communication skills and attention to detail is essential. The role is suitable for graduates or experienced administrators.

Salary & Working Hours

Salary: £32,427.00 - £40,913.00 per annum (dependent on skills and experience)

Location: Link's Falkirk office.

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
