An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Outpatient Administration team at Dr Gray's Hospital.
We have a full time Band 4 Clinic Co ordinator post available (37hrs). The hours will be worked Mon - Fri.
The successful applicant will be able to work on their own initiative as well as be a team player, be self motivated and able to prioritise conflicting demands. They must have the ability to deal with service users and colleagues in a confident, caring and empathetic manner both over the phone and in person. They should be well organised and methodical with excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills to cope with the demands of a busy Outpatient Department.
While being based at Dr Gray's Hospital, there may, on occasion, be the need for the post holder to travel and work in Aberdeen Royal Infirmary or at other sites within the NHS Grampian area.

Additional Information for CandidatesAs from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
