PS Transformation & Operations Leader

Keyloop is seeking a Senior PS Operations Director to act as the CDO's execution partner, driving operational performance and the Services 2.0 transformation. This senior role will own the operational engine of PS and guide strategic initiatives across governance, reporting, and delivery.

You will lead weekly and monthly performance cadence, manage the PS scorecard, and coordinate transformation milestones. This position emphasizes growth, efficiency, and cross-functional leadership.
