Protein Characterisation Scientist - Benchtop to Automation

Substrate Bio Ltd. is hiring a Molecular Characterisation Scientist in London for protein biophysics and developability work. You will design and validate biophysical assays, set acceptance criteria, and contribute to automation-ready SOPs as the lab scales with automation partners.

You will work across developability readouts (HIC, AC-SINS, binding kinetics) and high-throughput workflows in a hands-on, in-person team in the London site.
