Job Description

We are looking for two motivated Protection Advisors to join a successful and growing financial services organisation in Colchester.

You will be responsible for:

Speaking with clients and undertaking in-depth reviews of their financial / protection circumstances
Analyse information and prepare plans best suited to individual client requirements
Keep up to date with the marketplace, new legislation and products etc
Help clients make informed decisions

Experience:

Candidates need to come from a financial services / banking / insurance background and have experience of offering advice or selling protection / insurance / mortgage based products.
Ideally candidates will be professionally qualified, although not essential.
You will be highly motivated and able to thrive in a busy environment.

In return candidates can expect to receive a competitive basic salary of £25-30k as well as an excellent commission structure
