Job Title: Protection Adviser

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

We are recruiting on behalf of a client seeking a career driven Protection Adviser to join their team in Borehamwood. This role is ideal for an adviser who is passionate about helping clients secure their financial future through tailored protection solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with clients to assess their protection needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

What you'll be doing:

• Provide professional advice on protection products including life insurance, critical illness cover, and income protection
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable protection solutions
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide ongoing support
• Manage cases from initial consultation through to policy implementation
• Ensure all advice is delivered in line with regulatory and compliance requirements
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

To succeed in the role you'll be or have:

• Previous experience as a Protection Adviser or in a protection-focused advisory role
• Strong knowledge of protection products and the insurance market
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to explain complex products clearly to clients
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A client-first approach with strong ethical standards
