Prospective Student Enquiries Advocate

University of Hull is seeking a Future Student Enquiries Administrator to support outbound calling campaigns and assist prospective students. You will welcome applicants, share information on events, admissions processes, CAS and available support, and help guide them toward next steps.

The role includes training and guidance, development of customer service and professional workplace skills, and a friendly, inclusive team environment during peak recruitment periods.
