We re excited to be recruiting a Prospect Research Manager to join the Relationship Fundraising team at Barnardo s, one of the UK s leading children s charities.

This is a pivotal role in supporting high-value fundraising across Philanthropy, Corporate Partnerships, and Trusts. You ll lead on prospect research and pipeline development, helping to identify and qualify potential donors and partners. You ll also produce high-quality briefings and insight reports for senior stakeholders, including Trustees and the Executive team.

To be successful as the Prospect Research and Communications Manager, you will need:

• Proven experience in prospect research or high-value fundraising
• Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality reports and briefings
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with senior stakeholders
