About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious and driven Property Valuer / lister to join a growing and forward-thinking team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys winning new business, building strong relationships, and playing a key role in helping people move home.

As the face of the business in your local area, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality property valuations, securing new instructions, and guiding sellers through the sales process to achieve the best possible outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate, well-researched market appraisals
• Win new instructions by showcasing our market-leading services
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with vendors
• Advise clients on the most effective marketing strategies for their property
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and professional customer journey

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Property Valuer, Lister, or Senior Sales Negotiator ready to step up
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong local market knowledge (or the drive to build this quickly)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
