What You'll Do

Manage a pipeline of refurbishment and development finance cases, ensuring loans meet strict lending guidelines. You'll work closely with borrowers, brokers, and surveyors, keeping projects on track. Solve challenges creatively without adding risk and collaborate with sales, compliance, and finance teams to maintain excellent service.

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience underwriting development finance loans, ideally with FCA regulated knowledge.
• A keen understanding of compliance and regulatory standards, including TCF principles.
• Strong communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
