The Property Solicitor will join a friendly and growing legal practice in London, managing a full residential and commercial property caseload from instruction through to completion. Job Duties

• Manage a full residential property caseload from instruction to completion including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
• Draft, review, and negotiate property-related contracts and legal documentation.
• Conduct title checks, property searches, and due diligence processes.
• Provide clear and detailed legal reports and updates to clients throughout transactions.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transaction flow.
• Ensure compliance with SRA standards, regulatory requirements, and internal risk procedures.
• Support and develop commercial property, landlord and tenant, and refinance matters where applicable.
• Maintain accurate file management using cloud-based case management systems.

Job Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with NQ-3 PQE experience in property law.
• Strong experience handling residential property transactions end-to-end.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Strong communication skills and client care ability.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
• Exposure to commercial property or landlord and tenant matters is an advantage.
