Property Solicitor (Cantonese Speaking, £50-£60k, Law Firm, London)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor role with a London-based law firm.

The successful candidate will have a strong interest in business growth and a proactive risk management strategy, and will seek to advance within the department.

• Leverage experience in commercial real estate to support transactions.
• Provide marketing and business development support for the Property department.
• Apply risk management expertise to identify and mitigate potential legal issues.

• Minimum of 2+ PQE as a Property Solicitor.
• Cantonese is a native language.
• Experience in commercial real estate is required, with some residential experience preferred.
• Residential experience is an advantage, not a requirement.
• Technical expertise is required.
• Commercially minded, with a strong interest in business development and marketing.
