Property Solicitor

Property Solicitor Annual Salary: Competitive Location: Dublin 2 Job Type: Full-time

This role is ideal for a professional with 5 to 7 years of post qualification experience in both commercial and residential property, looking to further their career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise business and private clients on a broad range of commercial and residential property matters including commercial leases, property development, and property asset management.
• Handle purchases and sales of commercial and residential properties, including residential investment properties.
• Draft and negotiate commercial and residential property leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants.
• Manage properties comprised in Managed Estates.
• Conduct title investigations on purchase/sale/corporate transactions and commercial lending.
• Perfect title registrations and resolve Land Registry queries.
• Collaborate with the Corporate team on reorganisations and the Litigation team on contentious property disputes.
• Participate in business development and networking activities to enhance client relations and firm growth.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 7 years' PQE in commercial and residential property.
• Highly organised with a proven ability to manage a busy caseload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at managing client relations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines effectively.
