Job Title: Solicitor - Buy to Let Team (NQ - 2 Years PQE)

About the Role

A growing property practice is seeking a motivated and commercially minded Solicitor to join their Buy to Let team. The role offers exposure to a busy caseload, providing hands on experience and the opportunity to develop a deep understanding of the buy to let market.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting on buy to let property acquisitions and disposals.
• Advising landlords and investors on lease agreements, tenancy arrangements, and portfolio management.
• Conducting due diligence and preparing reports for clients.
• Liaising with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transaction completion.
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing practical, commercially aware legal advice.

Candidate Requirements

• NQ - 2 years' PQE in property law, ideally with experience in buy to let transactions.
• Solid understanding of residential property conveyancing, landlord & tenant matters, and portfolio management.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage your own caseload.
• A proactive, client focused approach and strong communication skills.
