Hunter Savage is delighted to be partnering with a leading Irish law firm in Cork seeking to grow its Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ solicitor with strong property experience or a solicitor up to 3 years' PQE who is confident managing files and keen to hit the ground running within a busy commercial real estate practice.

The Role

You will work closely with an experienced Partner and advise on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Development projects and site acquisitions
• Property finance transactions
• Property aspects of corporate deals
• Ongoing asset and portfolio management

The team acts for developers, investors, financial institutions and corporate clients, offering exposure to substantial and high-value transactions.

The Candidate

The successful candidate will:

• Be qualified in Ireland (NQ-3 years' PQE)
• Have strong commercial property experience gained during training or post-qualification
• Be capable of managing matters with appropriate supervision
• Be proactive, commercially minded and eager to take responsibility
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
