Property Solicitor

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join their established Residential & Commercial Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to take ownership of a varied caseload, deliver high-quality legal services, and play a key role in a growing, client-focused firm.

The Role:

You will manage a diverse range of residential and commercial property matters with minimal supervision, ensuring a high standard of service throughout each transaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Handling your own caseload of residential and commercial property transactions
• Providing clear, timely legal advice while maintaining strong client relationships
• Managing billing, credit control, and accurate case records
• Supporting and mentoring colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practice
• Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and internal procedures

About You:

We are seeking a pro active and organised professional with:

• Qualification as a Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer
• At least three years' relevant property experience
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong commercial awareness and financial management ability
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and confidence using LEAP case management systems
• The ability to prioritise effectively and work independently
