Job Description

The Commercial Property Solicitor will be:

• Dealing with lease negotiations, renewals, surrenders and other tenant/landlord matters across large property portfolios
• Advising on asset management issues for commercial real estate, including strategic and operational considerations
• Working closely with the asset management team in the food & beverage sector (and other sectors) to provide pragmatic commercial advice
• Using legal technology platforms to deliver efficient client service and manage work flow effectively

The Successful Applicant

The Commercial Property Solicitor should be / have;

• A solicitor with 3 7 years PQE
• Demonstrable technical expertise in commercial property asset management
• Proven experience handling lease negotiations, renewals, surrenders and general asset management matters for sizeable property portfolios
• Experience in or knowledge of the food & beverage sector would be advantageous
• Comfortable with legal technology solutions and platforms, and an interest in working in a managed legal services environment
• Ties to Leeds
