Our client, a mid-sized, growing law firm based in Dublin city are currently looking for a Property Solicitor. The successful candidate will have several years' experience within Property Law. Ideally this experience will have been gained in a Mid - Large sized law firm. This is not a 9am-9pm Mon to Friday role. Responsibilities:

• Advising on the purchase and financing of office blocks and business premises.
• Drafting Commercial Leases and all other related documentation.
• Advising Clients at all stages of the process and keeping them up to date with movements.
• Provide conveyancing support to finance teams.
• Completing title investigations.
• Reviewing certificates of title.
• Guiding junior solicitors

Skills/Experience:

• 2-4 years PQE.
• Knowledge of security transactions is desirable.
• Outstanding project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to persuade and influence senior individuals.
