Key Responsibilities:

• Handle property transactions independently
• Draft and review contracts, leases, and legal documents
• Conduct due diligence and property searches
• Liaise with clients, lenders, and professionals
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards

• NQ or Qualified Scottish Solicitor with property law experience
• Strong communication and client care skills
