Are you a Residential Property Solicitor looking for more than just another conveyancing role?

A well established and highly regarded local law firm specialising in property law, proudly serving clients across Surrey, Teddington, East Molesey and South West London are looking for a PWE Residential Property Solicitor to join them.

As the Residential Property Conveyancing Solicitor you will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, providing exceptional client care at every stage of the transaction.

Your work will include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Transfers of equity
• Remortgages
• New build transactions
• Lease extensions and related property matters
• Maintaining strong client relationships and providing clear, practical advice

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 2-5 years' post qualified experience in residential property law
• Possesses strong technical conveyancing knowledge
• Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
• Communicates clearly, confidently and without unnecessary legal jargon
• Is organised, proactive and calm under pressure
• Shares our values of honesty, integrity and exceptional client service
• Is seeking a long term role within a respected and community focused firm

A connection to Surrey or South West London would be welcomed but is not essential.
