Salary: £80,603 - £84,128

Flexi time working

25 days annual leave plus 15 public holidays

We are operating 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Hours: 35 hours, over 5 days

Office opening hours: Monday سبق Thursday 9.00 am - 5.00pm, Friday 9.00am - 3.30pm

About the Role

Manor Estates Housing Association is seeking to recruit a permanent full time (35 hours) Property Services Director to join our team. We want to find someone who shares our values (Committed, People Focused, Professional, and Agile) and wants to make a positive difference in tenants' lives through providing good quality, well maintained homes.

The role is to lead the Property Services team in delivering a high quality, customer focused, compliant asset management and maintenance service.

Key Responsibilities and Experience

Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate:

• Experience of leading and motivating a team
• Ability to work collaboratively to achieve strategic goals
• Understanding of legislative, statutory and regulatory requirements relating to social housing
• Experience of developing partnerships with external organisations
• Previous experience of working in a housing organisation

This role reports to the Chief Executive Officer.
